April 14 – 16, Area Convention & Contest

The 2023 Area 6 Convention and Contest will be held this year in Tampa. We are excited to meet with the other choruses of Area 6, visiting with old friends and meeting new ones! The Area 6 Council will meet Thursday afternoon. Friday morning we’ll have education classes, then in the evening the quartet contest. Saturday is the chorus contest. We’ll perform our two contest songs, and afterwards meet with the judges to hear how we did and how we can improve. Then we can relax until it’s time for our Saturday night banquet and masquerade ball, where choruses, quartets, and judges present their best entertainment. To be followed by singing tags late into the night!
